COTE Top Ten +

Past winners can now submit for the COTE Top Ten + award by providing details on how the project is performing in terms of actual operations and occupant satisfaction. The COTE Top Ten + award uses the same submission forms as COTE Top Ten, with adjustments as indicated in the instructions and on the forms.

If you encounter any problems, email for help. Please include in the email:

• your project name,
• the email address you used to register (if different from the one you’re emailing from),
• the screen or page you’re having trouble with,
• if possible, a screen capture showing the problem as it appears on your screen, and
• instructions on how to reach you by telephone (number and good times to call).

If you submitted within the past two years and would like to resubmit the same project, send an email to with the project name and we can reactivate it for you to update and resubmit. Unfortunately, we can't offer this service for projects submitted prior to 2012.
